AIMon can help network administrators/engineers from ISPs to make intelligent decisions around their network resources and ensure high quality service for their subscribers. Through AIMon enriched data, they can identify bottlenecks and predict peak usage patterns. With insights into key performance metrics like packet interarrival time, client-side and server-side latency, RTT, packet loss, retransmissions and bandwidth, administrators can optimise the available resources and quickly identify and prevent issues that affect the network performance.

Subscriber Value Management

AIMon provides an accurate classification of the traffic in terms of applications and protocols being used for both mobile and fixed broadband networks. The rich metadata extraction from raw traffic allows the reporting of how applications are used and trending, from which devices and at what locations. This will enable the ISP to better understand their subscribers' usage patterns and profiles, help the ISP to design better products for their subscribers and reduce churn.
